3. Hennessey Venom GT

Equally famous, but with an unofficially registered speed limit, was the Hennessey Venom GT. The American sports car can accelerate to a maximum of 435 km / h, similar to the previous leader of the rating, but an unofficial record moved it to the third position. Under the hood of this instance is the well-known V8 engine, which can now be found under the hood of the Chevrolet Corvette.

The Hennessey Venom GT speed record was set in 2014, while the sports car is not listed in the Guinness Book of Records. Noble M600 took the eighth position in the TOP-10 fastest cars in the world. The Swedish sports car is in many ways grateful to Volvo, since the engineers of this company took part in the development of the appearance and technical characteristics. 10. Lamborghini Aventador

The well-known Lamborghini Aventador closes the rating of the fastest cars in the world. Despite the fact that it can only squeeze 350 km / h, and overcome a hundred on the speedometer in 2.9 seconds, it is considered the fastest production model in the world at the beginning of 2019. Under the hood of the Italian car, a 6.5-liter V12 petrol engine with a total capacity of 700 hp is installed. The maximum torque is 690 Nm.
